Each country has diferent rules concerning import duties and taxes. 0ften,there may not be a charge, but there is also the chance that upon arrival thecustomer will be charged duties/taxes, in which case the customer is responsible for the extra charges.

PAID BY RECEIVER
Esmartor is responsilble for arranging the shipment ofyour order. However, its youresponsibilityto pay any duties and taxes charged by customsin your county and preoare the reguired clearance documents.

What’s more, customs ofices in some counties or reions reguire the importer of record to provide a particular formofidentfication before releasing ashipment. You may also be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique ldentification Number, Cpf, or Tax ID.

Note:
To ensure the couriere.g. DHl, Ups) can deliver your goods in shortest possible time after entering your countny or customs union, the courier may pay thecustoms authority on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods. Once the duties and taxes are fuly repaid to the courier, the goods will bedelivered to you.

RETURN & REFUND
We don’t accept any return or refund resulting from:

1. You refusing to pay the customs clearance fee;

2. You preparing the wrong clearance documents;

3. You placing a wrong order;
