The NJLD Curved Screen Glass Cutting Machine is specifically designed to address the challenges of separating OLED screen edges and glass lenses. Due to the unique structure of these screens, it can be difficult for cutting wires to enter the gap between the OLED and the glass lens.
This machine precisely cuts the front glass, creating a gap that allows the wire to penetrate easily and speeds up the separation process.

- Dual suspension design addresses middle frame deformation and uneven screens, ensuring precise alignment with the cutting surface. It as well as adjusting cutting depth in real-time to prevent errors and protect the LCD.
- Dual suspension design can solve the screen middle frame deformation and tail broken bad cutting problem, to ensure precise alignment with the cutting surface, while the depth of cut can be adjusted in real-time, to prevent any error cutting to the polarizer film.
- Linear guide rails made of high-strength stainless steel provide smooth, durable, and rust-free operation, with an adjustable middle frame limiter to prevent accidental cuts.
